Research Use Only Products

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we may offer replacements or refunds under certain conditions.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

• You received the wrong item
• Your order arrived damaged
• Your package was lost in transit
• There is a verified issue with product quality

Reporting Issues

Any issue with an order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
• Detailed explanation of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

• Improper handling or storage after delivery
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Orders seized due to local laws or regulations

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing
